# Portwood

> Portwood is a free, open-source, 100% native document generation app for Salesforce. It builds Word, PDF, HTML, Excel and PowerPoint documents from any Salesforce record, with e-signatures, bulk generation and Flow automation. All rendering happens inside the customer's own Salesforce org — no data leaves it. Built by Portwood LLC, licensed Apache 2.0.

The app is free forever, and so is the Agentforce for Portwood extension. Portwood sells Premium Support: a private Slack or Microsoft Teams channel with the engineering team, an annual contract priced by org size and quoted on a 30-minute call. It also builds templates and the automation around them (flows, bulk generation, e-signature rollouts, integrations) to order, quoted per project; vetted implementation partners are an alternative, not the default. The software itself is never sold.

Adoption, as of 10 August 2026: running in 1,163 Salesforce orgs across 55 countries, rated 5.0 on the Salesforce AppExchange across 20 reviews.
